Our Response to COVID-19 - Ian & Chantel

Our Group’s Response to COVID-19

For nearly a decade, our Group has been leveraging technology in our day-to-day real estate transactions. From digital signature software & file storage in the cloud, to video walk throughs and electronic deposits, we’re confident that our business is positioned to help virtually serve your needs.

Buyer & Seller

In alignment with social distancing practices, our group is available to meet with you virtually (via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, etc.) to discuss your buying & selling needs. Should you request an in-person appointment, we are available to meet in-person, with restrictions.

Listing Appointments

Most of the information we require to list your home for sale can be gathered virtually and through phone conversations. Listing documents can be signed electronically, and the appointment with our photographer can be arranged around your schedule to suit your needs.

Showing Appointments

We are available and still showing homes, with restrictions of course. Should you prefer to view your selected properties virtually, please let us know and we’ll gladly facilitate an appointment.

Offer Negotiations

All offers will be sent to you via email (if applicable). Negotiations will be done virtually or over the phone, and all final signatures & initials will be sent to you electronically. We realize that some of you will require in-person appointments, and we’re available to facilitate those needs, with restrictions.

We Can Help

Like you, we’ve been rattled by the recent COVID-19 pandemic, and we’re committed to supporting our community during this health crisis.
