You want to sell?
We have a plan.
We understand the process involved to get
your home ready for sale because we’ve been there… multiple times. More than just putting up a “For Sale” sign on your lawn and waiting for the buyers to come to you, we aim to elevate the bar and make your “selling” experience,
a memorable one.
Our 5 Steps to Selling Your Home
1. Our First Date
We meet you and your home. This is our chance to get a feel for your space, check out all the details & finishings in your home, examine the curb appeal (and that of your neighbour’s), and get a sense for why (and when) you’re looking to sell.
2. Getting to Know You
We take all the information we gathered from our first date back to the office and start researching. Nothing is off limits – your home, its history, the neighbourhood, other similar houses (both listed and recently sold) – we’ll research EVERYTHING so that we can come back and present you with an accurate market evaluation.
3. Our Second Date
We meet again. We’ll go over our market evaluation in detail so that you understand the current state of our market, and our thoughts on where we feel your home should be priced. It’s at this time that we’ll also review any items which could impact your sale (i.e. repair & maintenance items, familial circumstances, etc.), and we’ll help you come up with a plan of action. More importantly though, we’ll talk about expectations (yours, and ours), our marketing plan, and in the end we’ll make sure we’re a good fit.
4. Introduction – Selling time!
We’ll provide you with staging & decluttering tips and bring in our media crew to ensure your home is ready to hit the market with a bang! From broker Open Houses, brochures, print & digital media, showings, & offers, we put our marketing plan to work and keep you informed every step of the way.
5. Commitment Time
You’ve sold your home – congratulations!! We’ll provide you with some
last minute tips to ensure that your move is a successful one.
